Goji Berry Balls

 1.50 cups Rolled Oats
 4 Fresh Dates, pitted and chopped
 1 tsp Maca Powder
 1 tsp Cacao Powder
 ¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup
 ½ cup Goji Berries
 12 tbsp Water (if needed)


Place 1 cup of oats, dates, maca, cacao and rice malt syrup in a food processor or blender and mix until well combined. If the mixture doesn’t quite come together, add the water and mix again.


Transfer mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the oats and the goji berries. Mix well with your hands.


Use about a teaspoon of mixture to roll in to firm balls. Dampening your hands first helps.
