Cashew Bark
¼ cup Sunflower Seed Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
2 tbsp Coconut Butter, Melted
1 tbsp Honey
1.5 Tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup Cashews

In a mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients except the cashews

Once thoroughly mixed, stir through the cashews

Line a baking tray (aprox 17x12cm) with baking paper and spoon mixture to form an even layer

Place in freezer until mixture sets

Remove and break into desired size pieces

Keep in the freezer as these will melt at room temperature.
